Assignment 3
1. What does the video say about how media influence works on individual people?
media has a big part in our society, most people even confuse reality with fiction due to many hours watching TV. Media also persuades people to buy something or even vote for someone. It affects the amount of people who want to work on an specific job they watched on TV such as police officer. This means that people are easily influenced by what the advertisements say or what the people on the news or TV say.
2. What is your favorite fact pointed out in the video? Explain why this fact is important or interesting to you?
The more interesting fact to me was that if Facebook was a country it would be the third largest country. To me this means a lot because this means that the are A LOT of people who use Facebook and that more than half of the population in all countries use Facebook on a daily basis.
Media is the main means of mass communication (esp. television, radio, newspapers, and the internet) regarded collectively.
MULTIMEDIA is the combination of one or more media.
3. How is multimedia effecting our daily lives? Do you think there such a thing as "too much media" in our lives?
Media controls all that we do. Everything we do is based on media, we buy things because we saw it on the tv or an add while scrolling down in our computers. I think there is too much media because we use media every day but at the same time i think that it's been a good thing to us so it should keep on going because it keeps us informed easily.
